MSC Crowned 2025 SC Overall Champions
The 2025 South Australian State Short Course Championships at the SA Aquatic & Leisure Centre showcased one of the most dominant performances in recent memory. From start to finish, our swimmers rewrote record books and powered home to be crowned Overall Club Champions with a massive 2,705 points.
From the very first race, Rose Kishinets set the tone with a record-breaking swim in the Girls 12 Years 100m Backstroke. The energy continued to build as Allegra Crean added another record in the Girls 15 Years 100m Individual Medley (1:01.79), a performance that earned her the prestigious Maidstone Trophy for the most outstanding female swim of the meet.
Across the weekend, Marion’s dominance grew. The team delivered a series of performances, with three relays breaking or equalling State records, all clocking 3:57.53 and highlighting the club's deep and emerging talent.

Adding to the celebration, Jasmine Fullgrabe took home the Matthew Cowdrey Trophy for the best multi-class performance, while Marion secured the Bayside Aquatic Shield to confirm their status as Overall Club Champion.
