Marion Swimming Club (MSC) has been serving swimmers in Adelaide’s south west for over 30 years. MSC is dedicated to providing excellent products and a high level of customer service to all customers. The Terms and Conditions of use are detailed below and apply to customers, browsers, vendors, merchants and / or contributors of content.

By visiting our site and / or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before accessing or using our website. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services.
MSC reserves the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions by posting updates and / or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to this website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
3. Australian Consumer Law
MSC complies with Australian Consumer Law and will provide a refund, repair or replacement of faulty products it provides to customers.
4. Faulty Products
All items sent to customers are inspected for faults prior to delivery. In the unlikely event you receive a faulty item, immediately contact our uniforms coordinator in person or via email at [email protected] detailing your circumstances. Following receipt of your email you will receive a prompt response providing options to satisfactory resolve the problem.
Completing an online order form constitutes an offer by you to purchase the product(s) within the order. All orders are subject to MSC’s acceptance.
Orders made via the online forms must include information requested during this process. This information includes your name, telephone number, email address, quantity and description of the product(s), full street address to which the product(s) are to be delivered and the current billing address if this is different to the delivery address.
MSC will send you an email acknowledging the product(s) ordered after you have completed an order. Our acknowledgement of your order by email will not constitute an acceptance of the order.
An order for products will only be binding on us when we accept the order by a separate email once your payment has cleared. If we do not accept your order for any reason, we will inform you by email or in writing.
MSC’s current payment options:
All payments are made via the MSC website shop via Stripe using either a Visa or MasterCard. MSC does not receive any credit card data, and therefore does not store any of this information on its servers. All financial information remains secure on Stripe servers who manage online payments all over the world.
7. Coupons and Discounts Vouchers
MSC may provide coupon codes to customers provided as part of promotional periods. All coupon codes are limited to one use per customer, unless stated otherwise. MSC reserves the right to cancel orders deemed to be in breach of this condition. Coupon codes and vouchers cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or deleted. MSC reserves the right to cancel or discontinue a coupon code at any time. Coupon codes are not redeemable for cash.
8. Stock Availability
Most MSC products are available all year round, however if a product is out of stock when we process your order, we will contact you to discuss revised delivery times or refund options.
Free local pick-up at the MSC is the only method of shipping at this time.
